Play mat fall height, EN 1177: the 1-inch (25 mm) Ultra Thick tier was tested to EN 1177:2018+A1:2023 Method 1 with a measured critical fall height of 1.5 m (report SDHL2106008375HI, SGS-CSTC, June 2026). The result applies to that tier only; the 0.5-inch tier has no approved figure. A cushioned floor surface is not a certified safety device and does not replace supervision.
Peel strength and delamination: no brand can promise a printed surface will never peel, and we do not. What can be measured is T-peel strength: 22.0 N against a >14 N requirement, ASTM D1876-08 on the finished part (report SHMR260300656601, SGS Shanghai, 30 March 2026). We have not tested any other brand's lamination.
Published certification numbers: every report number on this page links to its complete PDF, with one exception — USPS8-2026-0615, a USP Class VI biological reactivity test on the EVA material by a third-party laboratory, material-level scope, not yet published here as a PDF; the number is given so it can be requested and checked.

One line without a PDF. Our eighth identifier, USPS8-2026-0615 for USP Class VI biological reactivity, is a third-party laboratory test on the EVA material. It is the one report on this wall not yet published here as a PDF; the number is given so it can be requested and checked. Its scope is material-level biological reactivity, not a result on the finished mat, and it is not a medical or clinical claim — the same scope discipline we apply to every brand on this comparison.
Seven complete laboratory reports are published on this page as PDFs, plus the analyte-level results as a CSV and JSON dataset. No form, no email, no summary — the document as the laboratory issued it, including its own scope and validity statements. Every result applies only to the sample, method, date and product scope named in its own report. The foam is made with EcoPure® MB67, a biodegradation-enhancing additive used under licence. It was tested to ASTM D5511 by Intertek India under report MUM/001318/2024 — a test on the additive, not on a finished mat, measuring anaerobic high-solids digestion rather than composting or ordinary landfill conditions. We do not call the mat “biodegradable” without that qualification. Full scope note.
Formamide: both samples, both numbers
Formamide tested to Commission Directive (EU) 2015/2115, which amends Appendix C of Annex II to European Directive 2009/48/EC - the exact European toy-safety requirement behind the formamide restrictions families read about. We publish two results on two different samples. The foam alone (Report HY/2026/50068, 28 May 2026): Not Detected against a 2.00 mg/kg reporting limit. The finished construction including the printed film (Report HTY25500013, 19 May 2025): 11.5 mg/kg against the directive's 200 mg/kg limit — a pass, with roughly a seventeen-fold margin. Both tested by Hardline, analysis carried out at SGS Taiwan Ltd. by USEPA 3550C GC/MS.

Separately, on the submitted clear EVA film sample only, RoHS testing returned N.D. for cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, the sum of PBBs and the sum of PBDEs. That is a film result, not a finished-article result, and we say so rather than letting it travel.
N.D. means below the stated reporting limit for that sample and method — not zero. The limit is published beside every result, because a not-detected figure without its limit carries no information.

A VOC test report is what sits behind the “does it off-gas?” question. Seventeen named volatile organic compounds were tested on the finished construction (cream/multicoloured printing film with white foam), and every one came back Not Detected (N.D.).
Benzene N.D. at a 5 mg/kg reporting limit against a 5 mg/kg limit. This is a content test on the material, not a chamber emissions test. It measures what is in the sample, not what a mat releases into a room over time. Those are different questions and we do not present one as the other.

How to read this page
Every entry above is a document rather than a badge. Each one names the laboratory, the report number, the date and the tested scope, and each result belongs only to the sample and method that produced it.
Two habits make the list useful. First, read the scope line before the result: a record covering a film sample is not a record covering the finished article, and we say which is which. Second, check the detection limit wherever a result is stated as not detected. Without the limit, the phrase carries no information, and that test applies to our reports as much as anyone's.

Can I read the full reports?
Yes. The full PDFs are published on this site without a form or an email gate.
Does one report cover the whole product?
No. Each report covers the sample, component, method and standard it names. A film sample result is not a finished-article result, and the scope is stated on each entry.
What does not detected mean here?
It means the substance was below the method's stated detection limit for that sample. The limit is what makes the statement meaningful, so it is published alongside the result.
