Every PopsyKosy order is sent with full tracking. Follow these three steps and you'll know exactly where your mat is.

Check your email

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier. It's titled "Your order is on its way."

Open the tracking link

Click the carrier link in that email to see live status and an estimated delivery date, updated as your parcel moves.

Can't find it?

Check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Email hello@popsykosy.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
