A : We offer single tiles available for free. But the shipping cost must be borne fby the buyer.

Q : Do your products include a warranty?
A : Damaged or defective products are covered under our 365 day limited warranty. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please immediately discontinue use of the product and submit a warranty claim here.
This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-
•Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
•Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
•Damage caused by pets
•Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials
Q : What are the Popsykosy Mats made of ?
A : Our play mats are made with premium quality, non-toxic EVA foam and independently developed double-layer printed top film layer.
Q : How to avoid edges that cannot be perfectly jointed when splicing ?

Q : Can the Play Mat be recycled ?
A : The product cannot be recycled and can be completely decomposed within 365 days when entering the landfill. It will not cause any harm to the environment and is a green product.
