We want you to love your PopsyKosy purchase. If it's not the right fit, eligible US and Canada orders are supported by our 30-night risk-free trial.

Return Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges within the 30-night risk-free trial window for eligible US and Canada orders on items that are:

  • Unused
  • In resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with all inserts included

We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or misuse.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and inspected. Qualifying US and Canada returns have no return shipping fee, restocking fee, or processing fee; eligibility and exclusions follow the current policy for your order. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Prefer store credit or an exchange instead? That’s available too, at no cost — store credit is issued within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

For qualifying US and Canada returns, there is no return shipping fee. Our support team will confirm the eligible return step before you ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Items used beyond a reasonable trial or damaged through misuse

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused and returned to sender, we issue a full refund once it is received, typically within 14 business days.

PopsyKosy currently sells and ships to the United States and Canada only. Eligible US and Canada orders are supported by free shipping and a 30-night risk-free trial.

  • It is a real trial: use your mat at home during the 30 nights. If it is not right, send it back — normal in-home trial use is expected and completely fine. We only exclude items damaged through misuse, and gift cards.
  • Qualifying US and Canada returns have no return shipping fee, no restocking fee, and no processing fee.
  • Prefer store credit or an exchange instead? That is available too, at no cost.
  • US orders are shown and charged in USD. Canadian orders are shown and charged in CAD, tax included, with zero customs or duties.
  • Return requests should be emailed to hello@popsykosy.com during the 30-night trial window with the order number and checkout email.
  • Covered products include a 2-year manufacturing-defect warranty; current warranty terms control eligibility.
