Return Conditions
Open it. Live with it. Try it at home for 30 nights. Eligible US and Canada orders include a real in-home trial. Normal use during the trial is welcome; your mat does not need to be unused or in resalable condition.

Qualifying US and Canada returns have no return shipping, restocking, or processing fees.

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and inspected. Qualifying US and Canada returns have no return shipping fee, restocking fee, or processing fee; eligibility and exclusions follow the current policy for your order. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Prefer store credit or an exchange instead? That’s available too, at no cost — store credit is issued within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
For qualifying US and Canada returns, there is no return shipping fee. Our support team will confirm the eligible return step before you ship anything back.

30-Night Risk-Free Trial / Love It or Return It Free
PopsyKosy currently sells and ships to the United States and Canada only. Eligible US and Canada orders are supported by free shipping and a 30-night risk-free trial.
It is a real trial: use your mat at home during the 30 nights. If it is not right, send it back — normal in-home trial use is expected and completely fine. We only exclude items damaged through misuse, and gift cards.

US orders are shown and charged in USD. Canadian orders are shown and charged in CAD, tax included, with zero customs or duties.

Covered products include a 2-year manufacturing-defect warranty; current warranty terms control eligibility.
