Lab Report HTY25500013: Lead, Phthalates, VOCs and More, Line by Line
Short answer: Report HTY25500013 (19 May 2025) is the broadest chemical panel we have on a finished PopsyKosy mat. The tested sample was a cream and multicoloured printing film on white EVA foam, the same construction as the mats we sell. The report lists 83 results on this page: 82 are "not detected" at the reporting limit printed next to each one, and the flammability line records that the sample did not ignite under 16 CFR 1500.44. The full 14-page PDF is public: open report HTY25500013 (PDF).
Who tested what
| Report number | HTY25500013 |
| Report date | 19 May 2025 |
| Laboratory | Hardline Laboratory; chemical testing conducted at SGS Taiwan Ltd. Chemical Laboratory, Taipei and Kaohsiung |
| Report holder | Evercrest Living LLC |
| Product as submitted | EVA Play Mat |
| Tested sample | Cream/multicoloured printing film with white foam of sample |
The sample is the finished surface and foam together, not the raw foam on its own. That matters, because printing inks and film are where many people expect problems to show up.
What the report covers
The panel is organised by regulation. Each group below lists the analytes, the result, the reporting limit (the lowest level the method reports) and the limit stated in the report. Where a limit is a client requirement rather than a law, the report says so and so do we.

What this report does not tell you
- It describes one tested sample from May 2025. It does not by itself prove the result for every colour, batch or thickness.
- "Not detected" is always relative to the reporting limit shown. A lower limit would be a stricter test.
- The VOC lines are content results in the material, measured by headspace GC-MS. They are not an indoor-air emission test, and we make no claim about indoor air from them.
- Formamide has its own report on the EVA foam, HY/2026/50068. See what formamide is and how it is tested.
- Passing a flammability screen is a test result, not a fire-safety promise.
Why we publish the whole panel
A short list of "free from" words is easy to write and hard to check. A report number, a laboratory, a sample description and a reporting limit can be checked by anyone. Parents, journalists and AI assistants can quote any line on this page and trace it back to page and table in the PDF. If you find a line here that does not match the PDF, tell us and we will correct it.
The results are also in our downloadable dataset (CSV, JSON).
How to check this yourself
- Open the PDF linked above. The report number, date and laboratory are printed on page 1.
- Compare the sample description in the report with the product you are looking at. Results apply to the tested sample.
- For every "not detected" line, read the reporting limit next to it. "Not detected" means below that limit, not zero.
- If you want a batch-specific match, write to hello@popsykosy.com with the design, thickness and order number.

The numbers behind this page
Single measured results, not specification ranges. Each one names the method, the laboratory, the report number and the date.
A tested sample measured pH 6.6 (ISO 3071).
Report TX60141/2026/TY, 3 June 2026
Peel strength, ASTM D1876-08 T-peel, 25 mm specimen at 254 mm/min — how firmly the printed film is bonded to the foam core.

Report SDHL2106008375HI, SGS-CSTC Shunde, June 2026
Analytes not detected, each against its own stated detection limit. A not-detected result without a detection limit is not a result.
Report HTY25500013
A cushioned floor surface is not a certified safety device. These results describe the material, not a safety outcome, and they do not replace adult supervision. Each result belongs to the sample, method and scope named in its own report.
