Alzipmat Search: Build a Material Evidence Request Sheet

An Alzipmat search can start a disciplined evidence request without turning unanswered questions into conclusions. This worksheet keeps third-party fields open while recording only current PopsyKosy configuration, setup, care, and evidence-boundary facts.

Open a question ledger before comparing

Create separate fields for the product name, material statement, supporting document, sample identity, test method, result, reporting limit, care instructions, and policy source. Mark every field as cited, pending, or not provided.

Record the room and current configuration choices

Record the measured room footprint beside the current PopsyKosy choices: 0.5-inch or 1-inch thickness, plus 6 by 8 feet with 12 tiles, 8 by 12 feet with 24 tiles, or 10 by 12 feet with 30 tiles.

The current builder says designs may be mixed only within the same thickness. Treat every listed choice as a PopsyKosy configuration fact, not as evidence about another product.

Translate measurements into a setup evidence list

Measure both dimensions and divide them by 24 inches to estimate a tile grid. Keep partial measurements visible and compare wall-to-wall, zoned, and centered layouts without promising an exact fit.

Add rows for connection order, exposed edges, included borders, and the instruction to let a shipped mat settle flat. Do not turn those setup steps into safety, grip, stability, durability, or performance claims.

Keep care instructions separate from material claims

The current care page instructs hand cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth, followed by residue removal and full drying of both the tiles and the floor below.

Record that routine in its own evidence row. A care instruction does not establish material composition, hygiene, waterproofing, stain resistance, safety, or a third-party care recommendation.

Bind every report statement to its limits

For any report-based statement, capture the named report, tested sample, method, result, and reporting limit together. If one element is missing, leave the statement unresolved.
