24-Month Limited Warranty

At PopsyKosy, we take pride in the quality, safety, and craftsmanship of our products. All items purchased directly from popsykosy.com are covered by a 24-month limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, storage, or care, including but not limited to:

  • Peeling, warping, or damage caused by excessive water, moisture, or prolonged exposure to wet conditions
  • Pet-related damage, including scratches, bites, or punctures
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture, sharp objects, or improper handling
  • Use on unsuitable surfaces, including medium- to high-pile carpet, uneven flooring, or outdoor areas, which may lead to separation, warping, or discoloration
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
To maintain warranty coverage, please use your playmat only on flat, dry, indoor surfaces such as hardwood, tile, or low-pile carpet.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@popsykosy.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Batch ID located on the back of the playmat
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

7-Day Arrival Issue Support

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is any issue with your order within the first 7 days after delivery, please contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.

Items Purchased Through Retailers

If your product was purchased through one of our retail partners or third-party sellers, please contact the original retailer directly for assistance with returns, replacements, or claims.
