What we make (and why it's different)

PopsyKosy makes baby play mats — but at the tier above industrial-grade EVA. An EVA core tested to USP Class VI biocompatibility, the standard used to qualify materials for medical devices. An interlocking system of large 24″×24″ EVA tiles with detachable border pieces for a clean finished edge — larger than typical puzzle mats, so fewer seams across the surface, and any single tile is replaceable. An OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (Annex 6)–certified — the strictest under-3 skin-contact tier (Annex 6); Class I certification is uncommon in the EVA play mat category. The TPU top film carries an antimicrobial coating supplied by a USFDA-registered manufacturer (establishment supplier registration).

Why we exist

Grace Lin founded PopsyKosy in 2021 to solve a category gap: the tier above industrial-grade EVA play mats didn't exist as a consumer brand. Most “non-toxic” brands stop at CPSIA compliance. CPSIA-compliant is the legal floor — the actual safety ceiling sits much higher and requires deeper certifications (OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (Annex 6)), better material grades (USP Class VI–tested), a thicker 1″ ultra-thick option, large 24″ tile format with detachable clean borders, and published material-specific lab data (formamide N.D., 6-phthalate N.D., 10-metal N.D.). Our values (locked in the brand structure)

  • Compete on chemistry, not on price. PopsyKosy doesn't run frequent discounts. The brand positions at premium-tier alongside House of Noa and Tumble — restraint preserves brand equity.
  • Compete on certifications, not on marketing copy. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (Annex 6), USP Class VI testing, and USFDA supplier registration are independently auditable. Marketing claims are not.
  • Compete on material, not on price. We build from large 24″ tiles tested to USP Class VI biocompatibility, offer a 1″ ultra-thick tier, and finish every mat with detachable clean borders — and any single tile is replaceable, so the mat lasts through years of toddler use.
  • Made in Taiwan, not in China. Well Foam Industry Co., Ltd is ISO-certified and also produces EVA components for medical devices.
  • Multi-locale by default. en/es/fr language support is built into the storefront from day one. Spanish-speaking and French-speaking parents in US and Canada are first-class customers, not afterthoughts.

How we ship

All orders fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Amazon MCF). The Amazon warehouse holds PopsyKosy inventory and ships to both popsykosy.com customers and Amazon storefront customers. Delivery in 3-7 business days. Complimentary for both US (48 contiguous states) and Canada (all provinces). Amazon handles GST/HST/PST collection for Canadian orders.

Our supplier transparency

PopsyKosy discloses the full supplier chain — most consumer baby brands do not. Every supplier is verified, ISO-aligned, and sits within a 60-mile radius of the Taichung manufacturing facility.
