PopsyKosy Return Policy: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
PopsyKosy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee + 2-year manufacturing defect warranty + lifetime antimicrobial coating protection. If your mat isn't right for any reason in the first 30 days, return it for a full refund. After 30 days, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years.

How to initiate a return
- Email hello@popsykosy.com with subject "Return Request — Order #[number]"
- Include: order number, reason for return (optional — helps us improve), photos if applicable
- We respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) with a prepaid return label
- Pack the mat (rolled, original box if available)
- Drop at any UPS / USPS / FedEx location (label tells you which)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at warehouse
What qualifies for return / refund
Always qualifies (0-30 days):
- Wrong size / color decision
- Doesn't fit your space
- Different aesthetic than expected
- Husband/wife disagrees on design 😅
- Just changed your mind
Manufacturing defect (0-2 years):
- Seam failure (won't happen on single-piece molded, but if it does — covered)
- TPU top film bubbling or delaminating
- EVA core compression beyond normal use
- Color fading from normal indoor use (not direct sunlight exposure)
- Print pattern peeling
- Antiviral coating failing antimicrobial test
NOT covered:
- Pet chewing damage (per care instructions — puppies that chew will damage TPU)
- Cut/sliced damage from sharp objects
- Heat damage from radiators, fireplaces, dryers
- Damage from prohibited cleaning products (bleach, solvents — see care instructions)
- Aesthetic preferences after the 30-day window
Refund timing
- Original payment method: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned mat
- Store credit: issued within 24h of return receipt (faster than card refund)
- Gift returns: recipient can choose store credit OR refund to gifter's original payment
Exchange policy
Want a different size or color instead of refund? Email us with the new SKU and we'll ship the replacement before you return the original (we trust you to mail it within 7 days). Difference in price refunded or charged at exchange.

Does the 30-day window start from order date or delivery date?
Delivery date. You have 30 days from when the mat arrives at your door to decide if it's right.
How long does a refund take to appear on my card?
5-7 business days after we receive the returned mat at the Amazon warehouse. Faster with store credit (24 hours).
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No — prepaid return label provided. Drop at any UPS / USPS / FedEx (label tells you which carrier).
Can I return after 30 days?
Not for change-of-mind reasons. But the 2-year defect warranty still applies — if there's a manufacturing issue (not normal wear), email us with photos and we'll replace at no cost.
What if it arrived damaged?
Photograph the damage + box, email hello@popsykosy.com immediately. Replacement shipped within 24-48h. No need to return damaged item — Amazon's insurance covers it.
Is there a re-stocking fee?
No re-stocking fee. Ever.
Can I return a mat I received as a gift?
Yes. Email hello@popsykosy.com with the gift recipient's name + delivery address. We can issue store credit to the recipient OR refund to the original gifter's payment method (your preference).
