Where are PopsyKosy mats made?

Designed in Los Angeles. Manufactured in Taichung, Taiwan at Well Foam Industry Co., Ltd — an ISO-certified facility that also produces EVA components for medical devices. Not made in China.

What does the name PopsyKosy mean?

What is medical-grade EVA?

What's the difference between formamide and formaldehyde testing?

What is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I?

What's the antiviral coating?

USFDA-registered antiviral coating (Registration #3010700940, JM-TTA01 material) bonded to the TPU top film. 99.99% pathogen reduction across COVID-19, SARS, H1N1, RSV, Enterovirus, TB, Polio, Hep A, E. coli, S. aureus. 95%+ retention after 900 wash cycles (molecular-bonded, not surface-applied).

What sizes are available?

4×6 ft, 6×8 ft, 8×12 ft, 10×12 ft. Two thickness tiers: 12mm Everyday and 25mm Boulder (ultra-thick).

What's the difference between 12mm Everyday and 25mm Boulder?

12mm Everyday is the standard tier — sufficient cushioning for most floor time, lighter weight. 25mm Boulder is the only ultra-thick EVA baby play mat in the consumer market — ASTM F1292 fall-attenuation rated for 2-meter impact. Boulder is the right choice for active crawlers, toddlers learning to stand, and households with hard floors (tile, hardwood).

How thick is each mat in inches?

12mm = 0.5 inch (Everyday tier). 25mm = 1 inch (Boulder tier).

How much does a mat weigh?

3.95 lb for 12mm Everyday tier. 5.3 lb for 25mm Boulder tier. Weight varies slightly by size.

Is PopsyKosy machine-washable?

No. Single-piece molded EVA — wipe-clean only. Waterproof TPU top film means spills sit on the surface.
