PopsyKosy Press & Media Kit

PopsyKosy® designs premium non-toxic EVA play mats. EVA tested to USP Class VI biocompatibility, with an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (whole product (Class I))–certified whole product (Class I), built as an interlocking 24″ tile system with detachable borders. Designed in Los Angeles, precision-manufactured in Taichung, Taiwan. Founded 2021 by Grace Lin.

Grace Lin founded PopsyKosy in 2021 in Los Angeles. The founding thesis: design-conscious parents shouldn't have to choose between aesthetic and chemistry. She established the brand under Evercrest LLC (Delaware) and partnered with Well Foam Industry Co., Ltd in Taichung, Taiwan — an ISO-certified facility that also manufactures EVA components for medical devices — to source the EVA tested to USP Class VI biocompatibility that the brand is built on. PopsyKosy is the first EVA play mat brand to publish OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I certification, the strictest under-3 skin-contact tier. The 25mm Boulder ultra-thick tier launched as the only consumer EVA mat at that thickness with published impact-cushioning fall-protection data.
