Most play-mat films measure just 0.02 mm — thinner than a sheet of tracing paper. Ours is engineered at 0.1 mm: five times thicker, pure EVA film (ethylene-vinyl acetate), a food-contact-grade material chosen for one reason — it has no plasticisers to give up.

- Virtually zero peeling. Thicker film means the ink layer is locked inside, not printed on top — chewing, scrubbing, and daily wipe-downs don't lift it.
