Amazon MCF gives us Amazon's distribution network (multiple regional fulfillment centers) without building our own warehouse infrastructure. Customers get 2-5 day delivery anywhere in the U.S. — comparable to Amazon Prime experience.

Damage Rate Engineering

The kraft outer box is structurally optimized to survive carrier handling without internal foam. Our damage-on-arrival rate is <0.5% (industry average for soft goods is 1-3%). When damage does occur, replacement ships within 1 business day.

Why Direct Orders Sometimes Take Longer Than Amazon Prime

Direct popsykosy.com orders use Amazon MCF standard speed (2-5 business days). Amazon Prime customers using our Amazon storefront get 1-2 day Prime delivery. The speed difference is the Amazon Prime infrastructure layer.

Amazon MCF handles U.S. state sales-tax collection on our behalf — you see one final price at checkout, no surprises later.

Canada Shipping

Canada is served via Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment cross-border lane. Tax collection and customs are handled by Amazon — Canadian customers see a final price with no surprise duties.
