Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times:

• United States (Mainland): 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a certain value—please refer to our promotions for details.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@popsykosy.com. We’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
