At PopsyKosy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your mat isn't the right fit, returning it is simple — and it's free.

Free Returns — 30 Days
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we provide a prepaid return label, so there is never a return-shipping, restocking, or processing fee. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@popsykosy.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with a prepaid return label and next steps.

Full Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fee, no processing fee, no deductions. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Prefer a faster option? Store credit is issued within 24 hours of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, email hello@popsykosy.com with photos and we'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item first.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us with the new selection and we'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.

A Few Exclusions
Returns are for items that have not been damaged through misuse or used beyond a reasonable trial. Gift cards are non-returnable. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
