Most premium play-mat brands either charge calculated shipping (Toddlekind) or set a minimum threshold ($50-$99) for free shipping (Tumble, House of Noa). PopsyKosy ships every U.S. order free. This is partly business model — we consolidate at the warehouse to keep per-unit shipping cost low — and partly a positioning choice: we want the price you see on the page to be the price you pay.

Why this term matters at PopsyKosy

This safety-adjacent terminology is part of the foundation we built PopsyKosy on. Every PopsyKosy mat is engineered to USP Class VI biocompatibility (the testing tier used for medical-device components polymer chemistry) plus OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certification (the strictest textile-chemistry tier, originally written for infant skin contact). These two standards combined define the safety bar most playmat brands do not meet.

The mat is designed in Los Angeles, precision-manufactured in Taichung, Taiwan — not in China, not in mixed-ownership facilities. Each pattern is single-density-molded tile EVA (no tile seams to peel, no foam delamination, no adhesive layers to off-gas).
